White noise is everywhere and strips many people of reaching their full potential. 

They are grinding and you are not going to make a killing, but you learn alot and the risk is not too bad.

I will continue to grind and learn as much as I can in the next year to two.

Then you agree to write specific terms into your lease that satisfy the boards concerns around property upkeep and noise.

A month into ownership, a few neighbors started complaining about the neighbor from one of the units, that he makes loud noises at night, might be doing drugs and that most of the time, someone potentially known to him, stays in one of 2 basements of the building at night.

But until that point you have to just grind it out as a sole operator doing what your doing.

If you can't power past the noise, how will you deal with real problems?
