I am finally seeing the fruits of my labor with the passive income I am earning and I don't want this end any time soon.

There's way lower hanging fruit out there.

Hopefully the juice is worth the squeeze.

Basically, you have to find a property that needs work, but one that isn't low hanging fruit for a flipper / investor.

When you go to sell you'd need to figure your depreciation taken on to calculate your 1250 gain.Are you sure the juice is going to be worth the squeeze? 

Plant an orchard...pecan trees, fruit trees, any other kinds of fruits that more or less take care of themselves.

It's also good to be aware that in those areas, BECAUSE of the list, there will be less lower hanging fruit.

This monetary relief should be a top priority for the administration but so far it hasn't borne much fruit.
