I've been bought out for a fridge by AHS ($0), had my entire upstairs HVAC unit replaced ($180) and my disposal replaced ($75).  

The fridge is dirty and moldy inside.

I do need to keep the fridge full and the kids on task at school and at home.I think the benefits would be great - I would get to know our market very well and develop skills related to real estate, and I would be able to save 100% of my income and put it towards either stock or real estate investments.Please tell me about the reality of being an agent, and getting started. 

I've had 2 fridges go out over the years and I have never been asked for a discount on the rent.

We would like underneath the fridge looked at to make sure there is no mold after the periodic leaking from the fridge.

Spots where stove and fridge used to sit are really nasty.
