Most importantly they don't let heating oil run out and pipes freeze, but they also don't tend to have as much of their act together, and don't pay utilities timely and get them turned off.Thoughts on this pro vs. con on utilities?

Most likely scenario is a busted pipe from freezing, a fixture left on (or one that won't hold pressure), or an undetected leak from underground.

So if we were to return to "normal" levels, while there would be a notable increase, it would only look like a "tsunami" to those who forgot what things looked like pre-COVID-19.​Missouri never had a state moratorium (although in Kansas City, a judge did order a freeze on evictions).

I love how warm oil heat is , thats the good part , now , the furnace needs to be cleaned every year , tanks get gunked up , oil lines freeze from condensation , tenants run out of oil and system needs to be bled to restart , oil is $ 4.00 a gallon , so 100 gallon min delivery cost tenants $ 400.00 .
