As for the ground it's hard to tell because there is a flower bed along that wall, but the air conditioner and its concrete pad are close. 

You could always put a flower bed right in front of the house to hide the block structure (put a sago palm or two in the middle).

IMHO, a legitimate experienced lender with a real track record and actual money isn't going to be such the delicate flower that they will disappear off of BP just because ONE person gave a vague warning about them.

For instance wholesaling is NOT investing its sales and marketing and I firmly believe certain people have an innate ability that they were born with or acquired very young.. the gift of gab being one.. out going personality etc.. those folks generally are going to be far more successful at wholesaling than the person is a one that you would describe as a Wall flower .. with no people skills sales skills phone skills etc.. 2.

Investors don't care about the pretty flowers and nice counters, they care about cap rates and arv and noi and cash on cash returns, and so on.

We certainly don't need more delicate flowers and SJW's looking to be easily offended

You could put flowering bushes or at least a lighter shade of green with some nice grasses (the bush type variety).

In the areas that you want flowers, dig and mix leaves with the soil.
