Credit is a factor as bad credit may limit options, or may have the lender require you to put 10 or 20 years of taxes and insurance into escrow. 

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Considering traveling nurses/workers, as well as seasonal rental for ND home games (also a huge Fighting Irish family).

My accountant was lazy, not well informed and provided bad advice.

I think I will go find my top favorite bad reviews when time allows. 

They are likely not bad people but they do not want to spend $3,000 and be kicked out first night on a noise complaint. 

I turn over to my insurance company and they are paying for the lawyer to fight the lawsuit. 

They offer a $10K repair fund to fix damages in addition to SD plus warranty for appliance repair etc.I have no say in whom they choose to move in, whether there are animals, limit on # of occupants etc. they reserve right to inspect property so i have no idea if they can tell me to remodel, paint etc.does this make sense i have a vacancy coming up in October (bad rental timing).

Just like most things in life there are good and bad to both choices.
