What also stands out is the property is 3 bedrooms but only has 750 square feet, but I double checked the auditor's website and it says the same...so I guess they are probably very small bedrooms.

As I mentioned in my original post on here, the warmer summer months will take care of themselves, but if you want to have the STR operating all year round, the winter months require much more effort to make your property a place people will want to visit and stay even when the weather gets nasty.Nothing against VRBO, but I would also take a few minutes to check out what listings are available on Airbnb as well.

So far, I'm leaning towards an underground pool since it can be used all year round, but if I find a property that has room for both, then I may try to incorporate both amenities since families and the older crowd are my preferred avatar.
