It seems some people can't handle spirited debate so they are exploiting a forum rule and filling any thread that has valid points they disagree with full of personal attacks and use that rule to get the whole thread deleted.

I look to exploit market inefficiencies by focusing on "off the run", overlooked, or out-of-favor investments that offer superior risk-adjusted returns if they pass a rigorous multifaceted due-diligence process.As a new member to this site, will look to network for current & future opportunities.

"Seasoning funds" is just exploiting that underwriters only look at the most two recent months of bank statements and (generally...) don't question any funds that were there the entire time.

Is there a different mindset when they are used for nonprofits as opposed to for profits that have the look of exploiting people.

So it is the Contractors that are exploiting them because it is a cash job.
