After about 6mo I ended up meeting the love of my life which opened my eyes to thinking further down the road than I had been previously and although I really enjoy the Casino Marketing game, I soon realized it would not be the best path to achieving my life/financial goals for my future family.

You should use a state-specific lease that is clear regarding the start and end dates, the monthly rent, the fees that will be charged (ex. pets) and those that may be charged (ex late fee), the amount of the security deposit, and a clear list of rules associated with the property (no smoking inside is a big one as are rules related to parking).

Done right, college gives you tools to earn a much better living, doing something you enjoy doing, and expands your mind and thought process to improve your critical thinking and reasoning and realizing there's a whole lot to life, more than you'll ever be able to experience in your limited lifespan.2.
