When the pressure is off the license as a primary means of income, it can actually be empowering to use it as an investor first, but agent second to help friends learn to invest.

Greetings Countrymen(& women),  There might be lot of other posts pertaining to this subject I did read most of them but things have changed due to COVID 19 ( I believe).

@Serena Tillman I run a women's investing group here in Boulder. 

Few people exist on this earth in a vacuum - most have a mother, father, at least one friend, hell in the US there's even homeless shelters/battered women shelters/etc.

I'll bet money that if he'd have said he wanted to support women or some other marginalized group, this topic wouldn't have ruffled any feathers. 

The guys can go to the bars where the women dance on stage. 

We are actively looking to get into the market in Arizona and would love to connect with quality contractors and handymen (or women), property managers, lenders, brokers, realtors, wholesalers and of course other investors in the area. 

Everyone also seems to be so willing to share knowledge that I felt empowered to create an account and say hi!

Any advice for single women ?
