I had many situations where the paystubs was altered or they were using one from someone else. 

Other than just going in and looking at what's on Redfin.com and using the tools on here to evaluate a deal, is there anything else I can do on here?

Has anyone else dealt with this problem?

I also want to purchase and repurpose unused spaces around various metro areas myself someday and I figured what a great way learn by helping someone else succeed.

Please make sure you have all the correct disclosures and everyone knows what's going on so you do not get in trouble or anyone else.  

You'd have to right the ship on your own to protect YOUR investment that THEY messed up.
