Ditch the moles.

For a female who has been managing large construction projects for 25 years I was someone no body wanted not even to dig ditchs or scrub toilets and I wudda taken ANYTHING for any amount of pay, I would have worked for raman noodles if someone would have offered it.  

If the ditch is going to be more than 4 feet deep, let someone else do the job - trench cave-in is real and kills a fair number of people every year. 

[I'm guessing your seminar gurus had a vested interest in steering you and others towards the other side of the ditch?]

Now building my business as a Realtor in what little free time I had to eventually ditch the service business and be a Realtor/Investor rather than a Business Owner-Operator/Realtor (but at least my net worth is positive thanks to my 2009 first home purchase!).

McKinney is hot, but i recommend ditching your agent, doing your own marketing campaign, and negotiating your own deals (owner finance, lease options, etc.)

I finally paid my Handyman $1000 to dig up and replace the line from the house to the street.A ditch Witch can be rented from Home Depot tool rentals that makes trenching pretty easy.You'll sleep easier knowing that you wont be getting any more calls on the sewer line backing up.
