another thing that most people won't tell you that you take the corn away from the farmers to feed the cows with makes the cows worth more, and also milk did anyone notice that prices here in ohio of the price of milk went up almost 2 dollars in a lot of places.

Good Luck Steve, Personally if I had $1000 a day, 30 K a month coming in, I would think about being a hard money lender while waiting and reaping the rewards of the higher interest rates while building your cash cow.
