They really went all out on the decorations.

I'm slowly acquiring furniture and decorative items from garage sales, our local thrift shop, Craigslist, the classifieds and Restore/Habitat for Humanity store that sells donated appliances, floor covering, furniture, windows, doors etc.

I even offer a full-fledged E-Decorating service on my website.

As a host it is your job to furnish and decorate the place, respond to messages, flip the place between guests, and maintain the property.

The best you can do is spend more money to update and decorate to higher levels, but you won't get a whole lot more rent just because you have a sexy shower, hood vent, or a new fridge.

My husband is a contractor and he is helping flippers renovating their investment ; I love driving around town going to open house and I am "interior decorator" at art.... so we decided that this year to we should really do it.
