Maybe it has a database of rules and regulations from EVERY county in the country.

If you PM me the address, I can check the database and see if it has ever been inspected.

I also check the local court database for any civil cases that might be of concern.

When I get a card from someone, the info goes into my Outlook database, and the card goes in the trash.
