@Ashley Wolfe  When Amazon relocated their distribution facility from my town, a lot of people left to find employment elsewhere. 

I have previously built a bunch of single family homes and turned around an underperforming Storage Facility.

Ohio state has a research facility that is already printing these every day but the technology is too expensive right now. at some point maybe but stick frame is much cheaper than concrete. you still need a few techs on site the entire time when these are running. here is an article about ohio state doing this: https://cdme.osu.edu/news/2023/01/collaborative-partnership-...I pay attention to emerging technologies but this is far from perfect. 

I view that as "cooking the books" if doing it to make a deal pencil out. 

Then I moved to a program primarily for young men with developmental disabilities but highly functional, like working at Home Depot and Fed Ex who had some criminal histories so had to be supervised, now I’m at a transitional housing facility.

. ;-) It's simpler to have an attorney hold onto things and is a powerful witness in a lawsuit. that I get  we did that with our alonges to our notes on our HML  credit facilities we turned over our notes and the alonge to the bank and they kept those docs in their vault.
