I placed an order for J Scott's (e-book) The Book on Flipping Houses and have not received an email with the book.

I downloaded the E Book and printed it out for offline reading.

We don't plan to serve alcohol, but there is a winery a couple doors down which we think will be complimentary.

just scroll down the forums in this website, and read reponses to other peoples questions, I learned probably more from this website then any ebooks, but do a google search there is a lot of information on the internet.

he has some great material on buying condos, beach resorts and hotels also but their pretty rare and hard to find those anymore. let me know what you guys think also you can sign for their free newsletter and they will send you free e-books on different courses;)

The complimentary PM services provided are also a good way for the agent to represent you again for any future transactions.

You can probably find most of these at your local library, which also usually has apps like Overdrive for e-books and audiobooks.Happy reading!

One thing to consider adding to your due diligence is our complimentary flood zone review. 

Most people I know starting out have attended CRE events and, over time, found compatible partners to work with who have complimentary skills and different levels of experience. 

Hopefully I'll have a chance to turn it into a book (or at least an eBook) at some point...
