Hello community,I have researching on benefits of long-term rental, and a bit stuck on requirements to be full time real estate professional (the 700 hours) if one has to be able to take tax advantages.

I imagine REIT's and/or syndications- I'm aware but really haven't done much research!

Hello BP Community, I am under contract to purchase a new construction home as an investment property and I am the RE Agent.

After going through appraisal and all the applications process, they rejected the loans, over how HOA consists of too many investors vs homeowners, I then picked another unit in different community, did the same process, then they rejected the another execuse over HOA, It costs me several months times of refi and I requested the refund of appraisal fee and didn't get this refund. 

I’m aware it’s never about quick cash or retiring in the matter of years. im just trying to figure out the ways to retire earlier than 60 and not working for someone else making them wealthier at my expense.
