Even just sitting down on the coach at their house and talking with them for 30 minutes will do more for you than fancy negotiations from someone that goes through the house fast and throws numbers at them right away.

I would just say that if you go to one where you quickly get the vibe the organizer is trying to sell something (i.e. some kind of coaching or get rich quick whatever...) get out of there...meetups should be about networking, sharing opportunities etc...IMHO not about selling your fellow REIA members....if anyone disagrees I'd welcome the input

My suggestion would be to find a way you can add value to the investor so that is it worth their while to help coach you.
