I churn and burn through numbers so this is very important to my business.

Some lending outfits will go as far as to fund one loan out of every 20 or more so that they can say they are in compliance and a real lender with the SEC but their big money is churning deposits they keep where they torpedo average deals.So when an amazing deal does come along they might choose to actually fund it hoping the borrower defaults.

Over Calistoga Grade or through the hills from Hopland is a twisty turny stomach churning nightmare.  

I know plenty of businesses that have lots of happy customers that don't stay in business because the owners think all they have to do is churn out a product people love, and the rest will take care of itself.Take a look at the failure rate of restaurants.

They want as many coming into their funnel as they can get, then they simply churn through them. 99% of them are useless and the remaining 1% are mythical much like Bigfoot.

If you want the control you need a one man shop but I find that the difficulties of the Management business burn a lot of these folks out & your churning through a ton of low quality individuals & you may end up at the doorstep of a bigger firm after a year or two of the merry go round.

"No money down" with exclamation points is just churning same old same old.

If you own in a D class neighborhood,  you earn whatever profit you are churning. 

I guess I could say that my 25K loan in this thread could have been for transactional closings and getting my money back with end loan financing, churning my money at least 4 or 5/6 times in a year, that's roughly an additional 3,000 bucks on 25K plus interest.

In many cases just plan on churning through a few of each: housekeepers and handymen, until you find one that works well.
