@Isabella G.Instead of trying to be a charity yourself, perhaps go down to the city council and befriend someone there and discuss having them see what kind of things other cities are doing to solve this problem and then implementing it in your city.Unless you're rich, in which case you can spend enough of your own money to solve the problem.Good Luck!

but your looking at value add flipping .. new construction.. buy land get it up zoned and approved for HBU and flip timber tracts that you can instantly log and resell we made millions doing this on OPM .. and it viable in the Carolinas etc. you will need to listen to my pod cast or make a very nice donation to my charity for a personal consultation.. this is too detailed for the forums too much typing.
