You will need permanent heat, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors (if gas heat or other gas appliances).I am assuming it’s currently unfinished.

During those inspections check the fire extinguisher and change the smoke detector and carbon monoxide batteries (Unless they are those 10 year batteries then just test).Personally I would rather have them and have them documented to be working at proper intervals than not have them and experience a loss of life or full loss of property.

But then again, maybe we have; im not a GC.and please believe, i have scowered the net..and im basically a basement waterproofing pro. grading, gutters, drains, steel wall braces, wooden wall braces, carbon straps, etc...you name it, ive read about it.
