To answer your other question: Yes, if both parties have bruises or are bleeding when the cops show up, and the cops can't figure out who started it, they will often arrest both parties and let the courts settle it.

Well, my answer about the color would be "red" or "brown" or "yellow," because of the brick, you see...Vince, if you and other like you keep on ignoring the "real" in "real estate," and focus on financial metrics in the uninterrogated belief that House A is just as good an investment as House B as long as the numbers are roughly similar (and maybe the property inspector you hire doesn't loudly tell you not to buy it), you're going to bleed money in the long run.

@john Corey those are some interesting points, the latest data I was able to find was the population hovering around 670k, and also that the bleeding has stopped in that those leaving are less than 1%, I think it was .06%.

I did a small calculation on a 920k property - 20% downpayment (184k)- 80% loan (3.1k) a month- monthly rent (3.5k) for 30 years at 3%- cash flow, after deducting taxes and everything, it will be -$603- hence, I will be bleeding every month.
