Hey Chad-I've read these posts and the resi wholesale market is so saturated and you'll need to be able to bird dog 3-5 deals/month to make 30K.

I don't think listing with an agent will work since I am not looking to sell to the general public, I do get these yellow post cards and letters from "CASH FOR YOUR HOUSE NOW" but I believe those are not investors buyers but more bird-dogs looking to get it on a contract to reassign at closing. 

I think maybe the free website for CIX for networking, might be the only real advantage, or just a wild goose chase...but I would just use it to my advantage....
