Athletic/Average Build.

Removing students from campus affects everything from dorm rentals to cafeteria purchases to athletic ticketing. 

My theory: Colleges that can attract students based on campus social life; such as athletic programs, fraternities, ivy league traditions, etc will likely sustain.

I'm not saying no one ever gets set up - I suspect there's a decent number of movie stars, sports athletes, and other "famous" people that end up with settlements over BS - but unless you're using a pseudonym here, there's a good chance you're nobody just like the rest of us and no one knows you have anything nor wants your stuff, so you can probably relax. 

We also partner with local businesses who bring in traveling professionals, like vets, movie crew, artists, athletes etc. 

Being a former college athlete makes me want to take on that challenge. 

It's hard for us athletes to know what to do next.

In fact, the names of our spaces are "Middle of Nowhere", "Middle of Nowhere Too" and "Middle of Nowhere 3"We do get bookings from traveling medical personnel, movie industry people, local events like people attending weddings, craft shows, athletic events, visiting family, etc.

I think we can agree its true that if you become a professional athlete (at least male one anyway) you will make a lot of money. 

We haven’t yet been able to find a job in which performance and pay aren’t tied closely to emotional intelligence.I find many US Veterans and NCAA Student Athletes have strong EQ.What do you think, @Bill GulleyIs USA just WAY TOO SOFT?
