It’s definitely never too late to start, and learning by doing is often the best approach.

The shelters and foster networks are incredibly overrun, and I want to be responsible and not hand them off to random or possibly cruel strangers.

I know my first question if someone was trying to approach me is to ask them for credentials, experience, etc...
