Expensive cars and their corresponding car payment is the biggest reasons Americans stay poor or lower middle class

My name is Nate Allan originally from American Fork, UT and Centennial, CO, but currently living in Provo, UT.

I am literally your average American Joe.

TD, RBC and BMO all have American branches but they are mostly catering to the snowbirds-type crowd i.e. folks who have a winter home in FL or AZ. 

Add in the fact that the majority of millennials can’t get a loan and most Americans have a pittance for a savings .

I am looking for a national company as I will be doing deals out of state as well, I am in American Canyon, CA.Thank you!

@Paul Choi contact a title company, I use first American title and they can put together the purchase contract for you that states your loan terms and monthly payments.

You can try going to your local REIA and asking around for the title company everyone uses (investor friendly) and give them a call.At AZREIA, we have two competing title agencies (Great American and Chicago) that offer all the leads you can ever want and more, for free.

Hopefully the National Association of Realtors make a good lobby against this new tax policy, because if the bill does make it through, it may (in my opinion) shatter the American dream.
