In my short time here I have learned so much and it's amazing how many people are willing to share their knowledge.

Any connections are amazing.

Some cash flow amazingly, and some lose money every month, but they all serve a purpose.As some have said, if you buy a Duplex your monthly payment after taking in rent from the other side will likely be close to what you are currently paying.

You've got an amazing cash flow and it isn't like you have a ton of capital tied up into that property. 

I prefer larger crowds, but like you mentioned it wasn't all bad.The communication on where to go and what to do could have been better, but I still had an amazing time!

I'm always amazed by the BPers out here who say they have hundreds of properties and have never had any issues in X number of years. 

This is such an amazing community, just another example.
