For DSCR cash out refinances, 75% LTV will get a better rate and a DSCR 1 ratio. 80% is possible but it will require a 1.2 or 1.25% DSCR ratio instead of a DSCR 1 ratio.

Depending on your budget, I'd recommend areas like Olde Towne East, Clintonville, Merion Village, Grandview, Southern Orchards and a few others.
