We have noticed that all types of government tenants are more likely to complain about indoor air quality issues, and almost all of the complaints are bogus.

After purchasing, I removed all the radiators, boilers, and the large oil tank, then installed 2 central heating/cooling system's with air duct's throughout the entire home. 

All I did was take 10,000 sign some papers and created 150,000 in equity out of thin air.

Tenant maintenance includes changing the HVAC system filters, batteries, trash cans, electric light bulbs, fuses, resetting circuit breakers, cleaning of appliances, as well as window air conditioning units, humidifiers, and de-humidifiers, or any other services not specifically listed as supplied in this Lease Agreement at Tenant’s expense.

Additionally, installing a makeup air system along with a ducted vent hood seems impractical and costly.I've considered alternative options such as a recirculating vent hood, but I'm concerned about its effectiveness in removing grease and smoke. 

Have an air tight criteria and do your homework on the applicants.

I agree with Sam and air on the side of caution with using a free lease from any site.
