And if still in Spain, how long until it's in US and is shipping additional or is price landed? 

We will have lots of renovations and additions to do over the years, so I'm worried that it will be hard to save up for more rental properties.Any suggestions?

This was not what I was interested in doing and when I voiced that I was interested in 5-20 unit deals and had the funding for that in place I just got additional push back for buying the larger buildings.
