Their market dashboards are pretty cheap and have an incredible amount of information.

I want to consolidate all of them in to one place to have a financial dashboard to view.

You can't really learn how to make money at a high level until you master finance because the finances are the perverbial dashboard that tells you how you are doing and what you need to focus on.

Enter your city, check out their dashboard stats to see what kind of search traffic they're getting on the website then start looking at available properties to get a feel for the number of units in the market, the condition and amenities and how booked their calendars are (note: the highest performing properties may be booked 3 months out so set your search parameters at least 3 months ahead).

Payments usually post on the dashboard  within the first 5-10 days of the month, So we will see.

The one we use will show LP's the actual vs proforma stats in a dashboard. 

Accounting dashboard is really nice and intuitive! 

It's built on Salesforce and has lots of automations and prebuilt dashboards.
