This isn't like a court battle where everybody has their back up against the wall ... trustee and lender may be willing to work with you.As the property owner you have the right to protect your interest by reinstating the existing loan, that's not to say the lender, after reinstatement, can't start a new foreclosure based on a violation of the due-on-sale clause, but may not. 

I don't have funds for the roof, or to replace the outside supporting wall frame and stucco.However the bank has changed the locks on me multiple times to "protect their asset", which got me wondering, would they also put a new roof on it and repair the rot to protect their asset?

I have a property under contract and the title company has completed multiple Affidavit of Heirships but have hit a wall.

yeah i believe the instulation is R22 Rock solid, R5 sxp foam on the concrete, and the dry wall is something like 5/8th thick.

Pros will have it done in a day or 2 and it will look great .I just had floors done where we added hardwood to a kitchen and where we took down walls .

I am building a home that has toungue and groove interior walls and ceilings. 

Got a 2 bed 1 bath property in California that has a AC unit in the living room and a wall heater (older home).

One main floor bedroom needs new walls due to the plaster buckling.
