It also lists the reasons someone could be removed from their home, such as:Not paying rent.Committing a “substantial violation” that endangers those living there, such as a “violent or drug-related felony.”

My uncle is a very unreasonable and unpleasant person with mental problems, anger issues, and violent tendencies.

While I'm at it, I will download all the violent crime stats and burglaries that occur in the neighborhood and post it along with the listing (that is available in GIS map form from the City website for most medium to big cities)...Seriously, this stuff is rampant.

About the only way to evict them quickly would be if the tenant gets arrested for a drug or violent crime on the property.

Look for violent crimes and crimes of theft and a past history of lawsuits.  

Florida City has a lot of violent crime... especially in the areas where the multi-family units are located.

I have applied a 4 yr eviction and drug/violent crime period requirement. 

As far as violent crime, I haven't seen any.

ThanksOne thing to consider :If someone wants to rent a unit, but you don't do a "background check" using a valid SSN...you'll probably have to forego background checks on all other applicants of the building... since if someone's application gets denied to do a bad background check (eviction, violent crime etc..) they can file a claim against you for not treating all applicants the same..
