This cabin has mountain views which I would recommend pursuing if you can.

I found this deal also viewing over 60 properties the second year.This was back in the 1980's, mortgage rates were 13%, at its height 18%.

My view is that the extra income from STRs/MTRs basically compensates for the extra effort.
