I think she may have some form of disability due to how her speech was.

I don't have anything expressly written in my lease against this and I worry if I ask him to remove one or both, it will be a violation of the tenant's freedom of speech.  

Now I go over this whole speech about how banks and direct lenders are allowed to set different profit margins by loan type, but that is prohibited in the wholesale brokered mortgage channel.

I don't give them the "I'm here to help" speech because money talks & words may only get their hopes high....I'm there to make a deal now.
