There was no way the cash flow for the self-storage portion made any sense.

On a build I am finishing up and am furnishing this week in the Smokies the well, pump, storage tanks and filtration system alone is close to $75k.

Hello :)There is definitely more out there, i was once in your shoes and now completely got out of corporate world.I am a lender and investor from Houston, TX.

I'm a new investor (have a separate W2 job), looking to build storage in near future.

Otherwise I'd need to move all of my stuff out immediately and most likely pay for a storage unit if I rent to someone else.Also important note here is that I lost my W2 in January and have been applying HARD.
