It sounds like you think the experience of operating under an LLC would be worth it even if it isn't a necessity this early?  

Although, I understand in this day and age a college degree is respected but not needed to be a successful entrepreneur - I am grateful for my journey thus far of attending classes, working corporate jobs, completing internships, and traveling for modeling which ultimately has helped me to see everything that I don't want my life to be like after graduation therefore I now have the understanding of what I do want and along the way, I have learned how to truly value the necessity of self education and mentorship to acquire the keys to success. 

Its a luxury, not a necessity.

The basement is not wet, but of course does get humid.Should I be obligated to replace, considering it's not apart of the house, nor is it an absolute necessity?  

I tried the sign him and her up, and continuing company's made good money but people always tend to fall off the pyramid unless its a necessity of life. 

So a lawyer may be a necessity.

I prefer to actually go in to banks and shake hands, but it's not a necessity. 

Also, creativity and being selective with deal review comes from necessity.  

Resale of the education is only a bonus to earn cash for investing in RE; an option, not a necessity.

At the moment I don't have enough recurring operations work to make this a necessity (my company has our operations covered).
