You'll have to think up another reason to give, other than you are hoping to steal their customers.Maybe fish and wildlife, or Customs, or somebody keeps track of where boats are docked and has a mailing list.You could also place fliers under car windshields in the marina parking lots (which will really tick off the marina owner.)Posters at marine supply shops might be useful.Boat sales yards might be interested in telling their customers about your offer.

I applaud you @Eric F.When I first started I worked as a 25 year old ex marine with a 60-year-old real estate investor who has an office and a conference room and he did only did direct mail, this was in the mid-1980s.Making the phone ring was not a difficult thing, The most difficult thing was building rapport with practically anyone face-to-face, asking good questions, and getting some agreement in writing on the first sales visit.If you can master those skill sets, you will always be able to make money in real estate investing Remember these two points: People do business with people that they like and that they trust And, you make your profit at the purchase, either price or terms or both
