Club / Mentor/ Investor needing birddog in South Texas, Corpus Christi?

Hi, I just moved to Corpus and have not been able to find any REIA type club near here. Are there any or any investors who need a bird dog in exchange for showing me the ropes? I am a Marine pilot in flight school right now, but have had the real estate itch for a while and want to get in the game!
