The failure rate is very high in our industry. 90% of licensees quit within their first 5 years and I believe we've already lost a decent chunk of our competitors in the last 30-45 days.

As for website disclaimers, the primary one is the following: An Internet site which consists of information regarding properties which have been listed with a real estate brokerage, the identity of that real estate brokerage or licensee for each property and information related to those properties must be present.As far as must haves, i'd include a picture, and contact information.

When you do compensate a licensed person that income is paid directly to their broker, never to them; the broker pays the licensee based on their agreement.
