Seeking NC BIC to affiliate for LCB license

I am a principal broker in Virginia obtaining my NC limited non-residential commercial license to help my investor clients purchase multifamily and industrial assets in NC, and am seeking a BIC to affiliate my license with.  Are there any agencies geared towards LCB licensees with low commissions or flat fees?
