My house is highest at $1k/month and has the over $1k/year for tree and bush trimming in addition to $300/month gardening that does not include the tree trimming and having a pool and large yard (just over 1 acre) with lots of hardscape (asphalt).

Turn key companies at least the one's I fund do not buy property back and do not sell for others .. they will buy back but they will want to make the same profit... so they need to add in another fresh make ready or rehab.. ( their clients expect it remember its turn key) the cost to borrow the money from someone like me or a HML..

Even a nice city like Corona has the Home Gardens are, which is a lot like SB, in it.I would not cross SB off, I would just be very careful when considering a property there to see if it fits your requirements as a whole.
