Eventually as I learn more I'd like to get into value add investing, but for right now I'm looking for more turnkey properties.I am reading The Real Estate Retirement Plan by Calum Ross right now, and just picked up the Bigger Pockets Long Distance Investing book (which on quick look seems very specific to the US market, although I'm sure there'll be good general advice as well).
