Quickbooks on desktop or online is what you need to decide -the version isn’t that important.

Quicken Rental Property Manager: No management, Desktop Client only, extremely robust for business just short of QBAvail: A nice looking product but it had a few missing pieces. 

The fees also seem to be higher since we are using a desktop version of QBs and not the online version.

So my partner and I are in the trial period for quickbooks and noticed that there are two versions, the desktop and online version.

Update to 1 open area with changing rooms and possibly a sauna as well etc.Lease out club room, currently a room with a couch and a tv to a Juice bar or coffee company.Update Game room to more than a pool table and TV, place furniture from club room into game room. or update to a business center with public use PC's, Printer/ Copy/ Fax machines.Reevaluate Property value with bank to pay back initial invested amount with a previously agreed amount of interest and % ownershipProfit?
