Here is what it does say:  "Tenant, upon satisfactory performance of this Lease, shall have the option to purchase the real property described herein for a purchase price of $XXX, provided that the Tenant timely executes the option to purchase and is not in default of the lease agreement.

When the tenant gives you the "official" notice, ask for a look-see to assess how much you need to do and start advertising it as soon as you can with the caveat it'll be available 1 XXX 2020.
