Once I can replace my income with rentals I would like to branch out and go farther.  

Learn to do that then start branching out to do lease options and other creative forms of investing.

I have a neighbors trees that long branches that have grown across the property line and are on the roof of my property.

Not only did my contractor done roof repair, clean gutters and cut the large branch hanging over the troubled are for around $450.00!  

Chase because they have a branch on every corner which comes in handy all the time.

I used the same attorneys and lenders but am now seeing I need to branch out. 

It depends on how it was run, there could be 3/4" - 1"  hot and cold water lines run up and everything just branches off of that to each unit, then you would not be able to easily separate and meter them. you are going to have to look in the basement and see if there are separate main lines to each unit.
