I am a developer in Australia and it is very difficult to source finance at the moment, banks have tightened lending. 

I am in Australia and the property is in ATL GA, and i dont know who to contact to support me in a legal sense or from a consumer protection aspect. 

I remember (in Australia) when they dropped our voting, drinking & smoking age to 18 because we were being conscripted for 'Nam at 18.

On our property in Sth Australia the mice plagues, on a good year, were 6inches deep in the grain sheds. 

Based out of Sydney Australia I have several year experience in commercial property (specifically office agency).Personally I have an interest in all things property however would like to start investing more - I own my house but feel I may have leveraged myself too much to be able to invest further.
