How do I attack a bank owned to get it at a flippable price, if they are just gonna list it, let it sit and waste away and not alter their list price...

Last year I bought 9 properties, turned two into rentals, and although my numbers are small compared to many, I want to start thing right and begin to protect those rentals from any future failures with flipping that could take everything down.For example, Trump owns tons of real estate, files Bankruptcy in one or four of his companies, but maintains his personal assets and wealth, as well as protects his other companies from any attack from lenders on the failed ventures.I'm not looking to file bankruptcy, but I am looking protect myself and my other assets.

Considering alot of female agents have been attacked in georgia.

So here is the question- I know a business model/investment should not be primarily focused on appreciation but when all the factors point to a booming market, would it not be smart to attack?

I'm liking SumoMe and WPL for Wordpress addons (https://wordpress.org/plugins/real-estate-listing-realtyna-wpl/).I've also recently switched to WordFence security as my previous 'Wordpress Security' addon wasn't even trying to block people who were attacking my site.

The good things is I'm buying or building with a specific plan of attack.

I'm not trying to be an a$$ or attacking you personally; it's frustrating seeing new people post in the middle of a transaction "what's next".
