Beyond that we have simply have adapted and taken advantage of opportunities (even if they weren't wanted) as they arouse.

This is a great way to use what has already been done and adapt a format you like into your own job description instead of reinventing the wheel.

If someone can overcome their comfort zone and adapt; they will open the door to these new opportunities.
